Privacy at WinSpirit Notes
WinSpirit Notes is an informational guide that can be read without creating an account. The site does not ask readers to submit personal data in order to access its articles or use the interactive wagering-gap estimator on the home page.
Reading an article is different from opening an account with WinSpirit. The casino may ask customers for identity documents, payment details or other information under its own rules. Those processes belong to the casino, not to WinSpirit Notes, and the privacy terms of the two services should not be confused.
The wagering-gap estimator stays in your browser
The wagering-gap estimator processes the bonus amount, comparison multiplier and illustrative house-edge choice locally in the browser. Those values are used only to update the calculation shown on screen; the tool does not send them to a server and does not save them for a later visit.
The estimator is designed to illustrate how a 40x wagering requirement changes turnover relative to a reader-selected comparison scenario. It does not create a user profile, make a prediction about gambling results or retain a history of the scenarios entered.
Only numerical inputs are needed: a hypothetical bonus amount, a comparison wagering multiplier and an illustrative house-edge value. Names, passwords, banking credentials and identity documents are not needed to run the calculation. Its output is a mathematical illustration, not personalised financial guidance or an estimate of a guaranteed outcome.
Routine technical records
As with ordinary websites, the hosting service may keep standard server logs needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested path, IP address or basic browser information. Those records are controlled by the hosting environment rather than by the wagering-gap estimator.
A request to open a page necessarily passes through internet infrastructure and the website’s host. Clearing browser cookies does not itself erase any technical records that a hosting provider may hold. Such records are separate from the values typed into the calculator, which are processed on the reader’s device.
Reading without a profile
WinSpirit Notes has no reader account system, submission forms or analytics tracking. Readers can move between articles without creating a personal profile, and the interactive estimator does not add a separate data collection layer.
For information about browser storage and cookies, see the Cookies section.
Readers can use ordinary browser controls to inspect or clear locally stored website data. Private-browsing modes may limit what remains on a shared device after a session, but they do not make web requests anonymous to every network or website involved. The browser’s own privacy settings explain the available controls in more detail.
Following links to other services
Articles may refer readers to outside organisations, such as responsible-gamblings, or to the casino’s own information. Once an external website is opened, that service may have different rules for cookies, account data, security and record retention. Its privacy information should be consulted before submitting personal or payment details there.
WinSpirit Notes does not handle casino deposits, withdrawals or account verification. Any personal information entered directly into a separate service is governed by that service’s arrangements rather than by the local wagering calculation described above.
